چکیده :
The evaluation of digital transformation plans in organizations necessitates the application of complex decision-making techniques in order to exploit the maximum amount of available information under conditions of uncertainty in order to ensure and improve the digital transformation maturity of the organizations. In addition to maintaining and improving measurement precision, these methods should have an optimal evaluation of the proposed alternatives and scenarios to enable decision makers to make the best possible choice. In this paper, fuzzy credibility constrained Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is used to evaluate an organization's digital transformation maturity. Using the computational method proposed in this article, it will be possible to measure the level of digital transformation maturity resulting from the implementation of each of the proposed plans and scenarios in each organization, as well as their ranking, based on the fuzzy and uncertain information received from experts.
