Title: Frameworks, Methodologies, and Reference Models in the Banking Industry
In the banking industry, various tools are utilized to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements during the development and implementation of processes and systems. These tools include frameworks, methodologies, and reference models. Frameworks provide a high-level structure for organizing processes and activities, while methodologies offer specific techniques and approaches for carrying out tasks within that framework. Reference models provide a standardized set of best practices that can be used as a benchmark for comparison and improvement.
During the talk, the most commonly used frameworks, methodologies, and reference models in the banking industry, such as BIAN, TOGAF, ArchiMate, and ISO will be explored. Additionally, it will be discussed how these tools are practically applied and the benefits they offer to banks and financial institutions. Patrick will demonstrate that it is possible to move from high level capabilities to semantic API.

Title: Establishment of the government platform based on the principles of enterprise architecture
Abstract:
The concept of "government as a platform" involves sharing the government's structure, facilities, resources, and assets, particularly data and technical infrastructure, within and outside of the government. This enables both public and private sector service providers to offer various services to citizens, organizations, and companies. By adopting collaborative technologies, the government aims to create a more collaborative and efficient system for solving collective problems. This approach has led to significant economies of scale and improved service delivery. To ensure effectiveness, it is crucial to modify and re-engineer existing processes through an architectural approach. In this presentation, we will discuss the organization's measures and programs that utilize modern communication and information technology tools. We will emphasize the use of research authorities and knowledge-based companies to provide innovative solutions for the country's challenges. The Information Technology Organization of Iran has implemented pioneering projects such as the land management unit window, national licensing portal, and home hand government unit window to deliver smart government services to the people. Before deploying these services on the systems, it is necessary to review and re-engineer them from a process standpoint and ensure compliance with organizational architecture principles.
