چکیده :
This study explores how Artificial Intelligence (AI) can be integrated into Enterprise Architecture (EA) and how EA frameworks can be improved to align better with strategic goals using AI technologies. The research highlights AI’s potential to boost operational efficiency, enhance decision-making, and improve forecasting. By looking at recent advancements and real-world examples, it shows how AI can optimize business processes like fraud detection and customer service. It also addresses the challenges of incorporating AI into existing EA structures, such as data management and cybersecurity issues. The study emphasizes that for AI to be successfully integrated, EA models need to be more flexible to support organizational goals. In the end, the research concludes that AI offers many opportunities for advancing EA, but overcoming integration challenges is essential for organizations to fully benefit and maintain their competitive edge.
