To register as a group, you must first register on the site and select your registration group as "Organization". If you need help registering on the site, you can select the "Register on the Site" submenu from the "Audience Guide" menu.
1- After registering on the site, we log in to the site using our username and password.
2- After logging into the main panel, we must go to the "Send Documents" section and upload the organization's introduction letter in that section.
3- Click on "Select File" and select the photo or PDF file of the introduction letter.
4- After selecting the file, the page will appear as shown below. You will need to wait a few minutes for the introduction letter to be approved by the site administrator.
5- After confirming the letter of introduction, the document submission page will look like the following.
6- After confirming the document, you must refer to the "Companions" section.
7- On the Companions page, click Add to open a pop-up page.
8- In the pop-up that opens, enter the information about your companions.
Note that if your companions plan to participate in side workshops, be sure to enter their national code and contact number.
9- After registering your companions, go to the "Services" window.
10- You will see that the list of services along with the names of the companions is on the services page.
11- You can follow the rest of the service registration and payment steps from the "Audience Guide" menu and the "Service Registration Guide" submenu.
