1. Papers could be written either in Farsi (using this template) or English (using this template).

2. Papers should present original work, not published, accepted, submitted, or under review elsewhere. 

3. Papers should not be more than 8 pages. 

4. Authors should follow the code of ethics in research. All submitted papers are checked for originality by plagiarism detection tools. 

5. All of the accepted English papers will be indexed in IEEE Xplore and all of the accepted Farsi papers will be indexed in Islamic World Science Citation Center (ISC) and Civilica. 

6. An extended version of the selected conference papers will be published in Journal of Computer and Knowledge Engineering (CKE) (English) and Computing Science Journal (CSJ) (Farsi), with one review. 

7. Papers could either be submitted to research or industry track in any of the conference topics. Papers of industry track should provide practical experience from implementations, evaluations, technology transfer, case studies, best practices and lessons learned.

9. In order to submit your paper, just use the “Sign Up” button on the website left panel to register (illustrated guide), then log in to your account and go to “My Papers”, click on “Submit New Paper”, fill the form and submit it.
