1. Will the conference be held physically or virtually?
Regarding the situation arising from COVID-19 pandemic and a possible 6th wave of infections, the conference will be held virtually.
2. How to submit my paper to the conference?
First of all, prepare your paper according to the Authors’ Kit. Register on the conference website afterwards (Registration Guide) and after logging in, click on “My Papers” on left side menu. Then click on “Submit New Paper”, fill the form and submit it. Please note that it is required to pay the initial fee before paper submission, according to the conference Registration Fees.
3. How to register for the conference?
Register on the conference website first (Registration Guide). Log in and click on “Services” on left side menu and select “Participants” and save it. After paying the fee at “Bills & Payments”, your registration is done.
4. How to get a discount on the registration fees?
Students, scientific societies members and EA labs members can get a discount according to the conference Registration Fees. To get the discount, you should select the respective registration group when registering on the conference website, and submit the related document from “Send Documents” section after logging in. Should the incorrect registration group is selected during registration, it could be changed from “My Profile” after logging in.
5. How to register for a workshop?
Register on the conference website first (Registration Guide). Log in and click on “Services” on left side menu and select the desired title and save it. After paying the fee at “Bills & Payments”, your registration is done.
