چکیده :

In the rapidly evolving realm of cloud computing, selecting the right cloud service provider is crucial for achieving technological excellence. This paper introduces the rSCS (Reliable Selection of Cloud Services) framework, designed to tackle the complex challenge of cloud service selection. By integrating enterprise architecture principles, the rSCS framework offers a strategic approach. Through a blend of reliability metrics, data-driven analysis, and customization, it provides a comprehensive methodology, empowering organizations to choose cloud services aligned with enterprise architecture. Using these criteria and real-time performance data, data-driven analysis enhances decision-making precision. The rSCS framework aligns cloud service selection with enterprise architecture, amplifying efficiency, mitigating risks, and guiding organizations in the dynamic cloud computing realm. A presented case study highlights the framework's prowess in enabling well-informed decision-making, enhancing operational efficiency, security, compliance, and costeffectiveness. The iterative nature of the rSCS framework, exemplified by the feedback loop, underscores its adaptability in refining cloud service strategies based on real-world experiences. This paper significantly contributes to understanding how the rSCS framework optimizes cloud service selection according to distinct goals and priorities.
